Returns and Exchange on vgokart:
Vgokart’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on Vgokart within the 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery. There are two option as per follows:
- We offer reverse pick-up facility in selected pin codes.
- If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you need to self-ship the product via any courier and we will reimburse the courier charges. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We request to use any reliable courier service. For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse.
- After the product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly, it may take few working days. Please note that replacement would depend upon the following rules or stock availability as per the case:
What conditions can I return/ replace my product
- We only accept return when it will be preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are requested to take adequate measure to preserve its condition
- If you delivered with wrong product
- Product delivered is reached its expiry date
- No Invoice/Warranty Received
- Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost but depends article preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging
- We will exchange product depends on stock availability and size, if the same is not available we will provide you alternate option but if still not convince then you can opt for fresh purchase and your previous purchase cost will be counted in that.
What conditions I cannot eligible to return/ replace my product?
- If the damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Request generated outside the specified return days.
- Product is If Products are Altered/ Used
- Certain products which are intimate in nature cannot be return. Check the list of these products.
- For Products sold under specific promotions
- If product that not meet the sellers return policy & condition. Read seller return policy at the time of purchase of products. Vgokart can liaise with seller but final decision will be of seller in that condition.
